Aretis Group develops, delivers, and selectively invests in utility-scale energy infrastructure projects. Our current focus is on standalone battery energy storage systems and hybrid projects that include BESS, supported by project development, EPC, project management, financing support, and asset management.
We develop utility-scale projects only, starting from 2 MW of grid connection capacity. Our optimal development and investment range is typically 5-15 MW of grid connection capacity, where project structure, execution control, and capital efficiency are strongest.
At this stage, Aretis is focused on standalone BESS and hybrid projects involving BESS. Solar PV remains an important part of the portfolio, especially where it strengthens the long-term economics and flexibility of hybrid assets.
Our typical cooperation partners include investment funds, utility companies, private equity investors, suppliers, and strategic delivery partners. We are open to various cooperation models depending on project stage, transaction structure, and the value each party brings.
Yes. In addition to development and delivery, we can support the organization of project funding, including both equity financing and debt financing, and help align technical, commercial, and transaction workstreams for investment readiness.
